| Descripción del trabajo | HS RECRUITMENT is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST to provide
outstanding customer care by handling incoming and outgoing calls;
analyze data and responding to customer inquiries accurately;
performing quality control, checks of data and making the necessary
changes; handling and tracking information; scheduling appointments
and coordinating resources in response to customers’ corresponding
with clients on first level problem resolution. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Professional candidates with the ability to read and write proficiently in English with excellent customer service skills.
